REMN Wholesale is pleased to announce we are enhancing our DU Refi Plus guidelines,  Effective immediately, we will no longer require the standard Fannie Mae waiting periods for a bankruptcy, foreclosure, deed-in-lieu, pre-foreclosure (short sale) be applied to DU Refi Plus loans.  Loans with derogatory credit are now eligible per DU Findings.

This enhancement applies to new submissions and to loans currently in the pipeline.

The DU Refi Plus matrix has been updated with this information and posted on the REMN Wholesale website at www.remnwholesale.com.
