The IRS has released a new Form 4506T with a revision date of July 2017. Please begin using this new form immediately.
Effective March 1, 2018, any requests received on the older version will be rejected by the IRS.
As a reminder, electronic signatures cannot cover any portion of the Attestation Statement area or will constitute a rejection as well.
