NEW GOVERNMENT LOAN SIZE ADJUSTERS FOR LOAN AMOUNTS UNDER $125,000

 

Effective for all new floating government (FHA, VA, USDA) submissions beginning Monday, April 16, new loan size adjustments will apply, as listed in the grid below.  To clarify, if your loan is already submitted OR locked prior to April 16, then the new adjustment does not apply.
