Product max loan amount $2,500,000, loan amounts greater than $2,000,000 require REMN WS Credit Committee approval. Residual income required for DTI’s 45.01 – 49.99%. No exceptions to max DTI. For LTV’s greater than 80%, first time homebuyer’s maximum loan amount $1,000,000 except in the states of CA, CT, NJ and NY which are eligible up to $1,500,000. Minimum FICO is based on the lowest middle score of all borrowers on the loan.
