SUBJECT: Auto-Disclosure Feature for Brokers

REMN Wholesale is pleased to announce that we are enabling an Auto-Disclosure feature in our portal which will allow Brokers to self-prepare and send the initial disclosure package directly to the borrower(s). This new enhancement will be available on and after May 20, 2024.
Brokers will be able to utilize the Hub’s Auto-Disclosure feature for all loan products except for the below. Loans with these features will be routed to REMN’s disclosure department and be prepared by us, following the current process.
- Any loan that has an ARM
- Any loan that has a Concurrent Second Lien or DPA
- Jumbo Gold
- Renovation (Homestyle and 203k)
- Any loan that has a Temporary Buydown
- Any TBD (property address To Be Determined)
REMN will be offering two training sessions to share pertinent details for the new Auto-Disclosure process, along with job aids and other materials. Training dates and registration links are below, select the link and register for the session.
