REMN Wholesale’s flood search fee will be increasing effective Friday February 11, 2022.
Important changes starting Friday 2/11:
- The new flood cert fee is $11.00
- REMN prepared disclosures will reflect the new fee
- Broker and Emerging Banker prepared disclosures will have the flood cert fee redisclosed to $11.00 by our setup department
- The Hub’s fee engine and REMN’s rate sheet will reflect the new fee
