SUBJECT: REMN Wholesale Mortgagee Clause Update (CPL, E&O, Title)

REMN Wholesale, a division of Homebridge Financial Services, Inc., has an updated mortgagee clause address change for the following documents: CPL (Closing Protection Letter), E&O Insurance (Errors and Omissions Insurance – for New York state), and Title Insurance.
The new mortgagee clauses are below and should be used effective immediately. REMN Wholesale will allow loans to close with the prior clause through January 31, 2025. Any loans closing after January 31, 2025, MUST have the new mortgagee clause reflected on applicable documents.
NOTE: There is a separate mortgagee clause for the State of New York.
