Below are REMN’s December holiday hours and important information regarding rescission dates.
- REMN is closed on Friday, December 24 in observance of the Christmas Holiday
- REMN is closed on Friday, December 31 in observance of the New Year’s Holiday
- There will be a small team of staff available from 8:30-2 EST to fund any rescission purchases that closed on 12/27 (any outstanding PTF conditions MUST be in by 12/30). In addition, we can accommodate purchase and non-rescission refinance closings on 12/31 if:

- An internal exception is granted by senior management
- File is cleared to close AND scheduled by 12/30
- Closing agent is available for signing and funding
- Closing must occur before 1pm EST

- Although REMN is CLOSED on Friday December 24 and Friday December 31, both days are considered “specific business days”. Therefore, both days are counted as a day for the purposes of rescission
- Both Christmas Day Saturday Dec 25th and New Year’s Day Saturday, Jan 1st are NOT counted for the purposes of rescission
