SUBJECT: Revisions to REMN’s Approved AMC List
DATE: March 31, 2023 (rev. June 30, 2023)
Revisions have been made to REMN Wholesale’s approved AMC list, including our conventional AMC map. These changes are effective with appraisal orders made Monday April 3, 2023 (newly submitted and existing pipeline loans where the appraisal has not been ordered). Details can be found below and on REMN’s website.

The state-designated AMC must be utilized when ordering a conventional appraisal
Class Valuation: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, MT, NE, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WV, WY
MaxVantage/Dart: CT, DE, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VT, VA, WI
Nationwide Appraisal Network (NAN): AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN
Property Valuation: ME, RI
Desktop Appraisals: All Desktop Appraisals to be ordered through Class Valuation (all states)
Mixed Use Properties: All appraisals to be ordered through Nationwide Appraisal Network (NAN) (all states)
Freddie Mac ACE + PDR/Fannie Mae Property Data Reports Hybrid Appraisals: All ACE + PDR/Hybrid Appraisal reports to be ordered through Class Valuation (all states)
