Please see below for changes to REMN Wholesale’s conventional AMC map.
Halo AMC will be the designated AMC for conventional loans in the states of CT, IL, and VT. This change will be effective for new loan registrations on or after Monday November 25, 2024. If your conventional loan is registered on or after November 25, and the subject property is located in CT, IL or VT you must order the appraisal through Halo AMC.
Below is a copy of the new conventional AMC map. Guidelines, portal and website have been updated for this change.
