Please see below for important information regarding REMN Wholesale’s implementation of the new 3.6 URAR form.
Please refer to the chart below to determine which appraisal type to order based upon the product. For most products we will accept either the UAD 2.6 or the new UAD 3.6.
Note: the ‘Accepted’ dates on the below grid refer to the date the appraisal is uploaded to either the UCDP or EAD portal, not an application or note date.

ValueLink, the appraisal ordering software used by REMN, has been updated to align with the chart above. When ordering an appraisal via ValueLink, clients will be able to select either a UAD 2.6 or UAD 3.6 version, where applicable. An updated appraisal ordering guide will be published in the near future.
