I am opting to bypass any fee review or fee confirmation by a REMN associate prior to the initial disclosure of the Loan Estimate (LE)

* No draft LE will be provided for prior approval; loan applications will be disclosed as submitted via the HUB
* REMN will conduct compliance testing and will notify the Broker of any compliance fails. Disclosures will NOT be sent out for any loans failing NY Subprime (locked or unlocked) or HOEPA fails (locked loans only) as it is our policy these fails must be resolved prior to advancing the loan

* Please note: This Opt-Out applies to all loan submissions and may not be applied on a per-application basis. This Opt-Out may be rescinded by submitting a request to REMN-LEReview@remn.com.
