Dealt with many underwriters, both as a loan officer and as their supervisor. Good, competent and skilled 203k underwriters are few and far between. You have an absolute gem in Randi. Her approvals are always ahead of schedule, she is rapid to review conditions, but most of all she knows her product and guidelines. Several days ago I had a question on a 203k loan, Randi had an e-mail response back to me within 10 minutes. 10 Minutes, I thought if i received a response by the end of the day it would be great.
