I just want to tell you what a pleasure it was working with you on Royal’s closing. I told Mr. Wimberly of The Mortgage Center how smoothly everything was going (before the closing). After all the signing, the people were handed their checks and as they were walking out, I overheard the agents, the buyer and the sellers comment how easy this went. The agents thought it was wonderful how quickly the money was disbursed. Miguel replied if it were not for the lenders working together it would not have gone as well.
