SUBJECT: Appraisal Orders via the Hub

REMN Wholesale is introducing new appraisal-ordering functionality directly in the Hub, effective Monday April 3, 2023.
With this new enhancement, clients will be able to:
- Select from REMN-approved AMCs
- Place and manage appraisal orders and appraisal conditions
- View the status of appraisal orders
- Have appraisals and appraisal conditions automatically upload to REMN
Important Details
- VA appraisal reports must still be ordered through the VA Portal
- Multiple appraisals may be ordered through the portal (if applicable)
- A topical job aid has been created with step-by-step instructions
- There are a few AMCs that will still require manual ordering via their website
- Axis Management Solutions
- Fastapp Appraisal Management
- Golden State
- Nationwide Property and Appraisal Services (will be available in the Hub May 2023)
- Property Valuation
- Service Link (will be available in the Hub May 2023)
- Please ensure appraisal order is placed with one of REMN’s approved AMCs
Updates have been made to REMN’s approved appraisal list that are effective Monday April 3, 2023. Please review Announcement 2023-14 for details.
